About

A clear answer for your next trip

Next Trip Notes publishes planning guides for visitors to South Korea and Northern Kyushu, in English and Traditional Chinese. Each guide takes one decision you face before or during a trip and gives you a recommendation you can act on.

What a guide does for you

Official pages list fares and timetables. They rarely tell you whether the airport bus or the subway suits your arrival time, or whether a rail pass pays for itself on your route. Each guide lines up the official numbers, runs the calculation for real itineraries, and says which option to choose, who it suits and who should pick something else.

Sources and dates

Every fare, timetable and rule links to the operator or tourism authority that publishes it, with the date it was checked. Prices and schedules change, so the dates show you what to recheck before you book.

Corrections

If a fare, timetable or rule has changed, report it with the feedback form at the end of the guide or by email. Confirmed errors are corrected in the guide, and the editorial policy explains how.

Who writes these guides

Next Trip Notes is written and edited in Korea under the pen name Kim Ji-young. The guides are for visitors to South Korea and Northern Kyushu. Each one starts from official fares, timetables and rules, adds the editor's own calculations, and ends with a clear recommendation, including who it does not suit.

AI tools assist research, translation and drafting. Before publication, factual claims are checked against the sources cited in each guide, and each source shows the date it was checked.
