For a day trip, start with either Suncheonman National Garden or Suncheon Bay Wetland in the morning, then add the other as the afternoon block. Naganeupseong adds another transfer, so it fits more comfortably into a two-day stay.

The official city tourism site also lists the drama filming site, Songgwangsa, Seonamsa, city tours and tourist taxis. Treat each venue as a separate operating unit rather than assuming one ticket, schedule or closure rule applies to all of them.
